We are the bridge between the landlord and tenant.

We collect and deposit rent on timely manner. We respond to tenants’ request, perform regular maintenance, respond to any emergency situation in order to minimize the damage, schedule contractors to repair any broken items, and ensure the property and tenant comply with the bylaws and rules & regulations set by the authorities.

Additionally, we provide administrative services for the clients such as processing utilities and other related expenses payments.

Besides the above ongoing management, we schedule lease renewal notice and negotiate with the tenant. At the end of the year, we provide an annual statement and recommend any improvement to the landlord.
