Contracted as a third party performing PDI work gives the purchaser a pertinent aspect of the quality of work and also provides a quick survey (such as plumbing, carpeting, flooring, shelving, appliances supplier, etc.) to the developer.

Our team will conduct the pre-delivery inspection, 7 days a week and working from the morning to evening. We schedule an appointment and conduct the inspection with the purchaser. A deficiency form will be forwarded to the construction or designated contact for the work to be completed after the PDI.
