We offer leasing program to our clients. When the property becomes vacant or will be vacant, we will start establishing the property bio, schedule cleaning, property inspection and photo shooting. At the time of property inspection, we will recommend to the owner of any deficiencies or repair work that need to be done.

Posting will be made in several ways which may include the web listings, third party listings, social media, etc. to maximize the exposure to the renters. Market rental price will be recommended to the owner and the property will be put in the market in due course.

Once we have interested tenants, we will go thru the potential tenant screening and negotiation process. Other supporting documents such as credit check, reference check, employment record, student admission proof, etc. will be obtained for the owner’s consideration.

When the lease ends, we will negotiate the renewal with the tenants so that the owner will not need to list the property for lease again. This will ensure the owner have a steady cash flow.
